Tsilaro is led by Andrew Flynn, an operations, purchasing, logistics, and installation professional with 12+ years of hands-on experience across facility management, procurement, furniture, office products, importing, domestic and international installations, delivery, and project coordination.

Andrew began in facility management and purchasing in 2014, where he built a practical foundation in vendor management, product development, purchasing, facilities support, service coordination, and hands-on problem solving. An underlying focus remains on  jobsite details, and the real-world logistics that make physical projects succeed.

His background includes managing complex physical product projects from sourcing and production coordination through freight, receiving, site access planning, delivery, assembly, installation, troubleshooting, and final handoff. He has worked with residential, office, commercial, healthcare, education, hospitality, and public-sector environments, where clear communication and dependable execution matter.

That experience shapes how Tsilaro works today. Furniture, pergolas, and outdoor living products are not just about what looks good online. The real project happens when the product is selected correctly, sourced reliably, imported or delivered safely, assembled properly, placed thoughtfully, and handed off cleanly.
